In an increasingly automated and AI-powered world, human creativity is becoming a strategic lever. This training invites you to explore a different mental space—calmer, more fluid, more connected—to bring out new ideas, innovative solutions, and inspired decisions.

 

We draw on recent research in neuroscience to help you access a brain frequency (particularly Alpha waves) conducive to creativity, the emergence of innovative ideas and strategic decision-making.

To innovate, we need to be able to change our perspective, slow down our minds, and connect with new sources of inspiration. But how can we access this fertile inner space when everyday life exhausts our attention and creative resources?

 

This training gives you concrete tools to activate a mental state conducive to the creation and emergence of original solutions.

Goals

 

  • Create internal conditions favorable to creativity

  • Understanding the role of breath, attention and altered states of consciousness in the creative act

  • Learn how to use mental and breathing practices to unlock intuition and creative potential

  • Develop a personal protocol to innovate regularly

Format and organization

 

  • Duration: 4 hours – in half a day or two successive sessions

  • Location: In person or remotely

  • Audience: Executives, decision-makers, creative teams, marketing departments – 1 to 12 people

  • Prerequisites: Experience in strategic decision-making or scientific research or creative development or marketing

  • Languages: French, English (bilingual)

  • Implementation time: 2 weeks
