Why this training?

Because knowing how to bounce back is no longer enough. We must learn to anticipate, adapt, maintain mental clarity in the face of adversity... and use it as a lever for individual and collective growth.

 

This training provides a rigorous and accessible framework for learning how to regulate stress, develop mental flexibility, strengthen psychological safety and create a team culture conducive to growth.

Goals

 

  • Developing sustainable resilience behaviors

  • Understanding and regulating your responses to stress and uncertainty

  • Practice changing the way we look at difficulties

  • Cultivating trust, listening and security within teams

  • Progressing in a complex world without exhaustion

Teaching methods

 

  • Accessible scientific explanations (neuroscience of stress and resilience)

  • Individual exercises, pairs and co-creation in subgroups

  • Experience sharing, guided reflection, integrative practices

  • 3 progressive and complementary modules

Format and organization

 

  • Duration: 4.5 hours in half a day or in 3 sessions of 90 minutes

  • Location: In person, remotely or third location

  • Audience: 5 to 50 participants – employees, managers, management, students

  • Languages: French, English (bilingual)

  • Prerequisites: None – training accessible to all

  • Implementation time: 2 weeks
