"I greatly appreciated Thierry's approach and was able to measure, within just a few sessions, the progress made thanks to a good balance between theoretical explanations and practical exercises, particular attention paid to the personalization of the exercises, and empathy for company executives."

Individual Coaching - Stress & Emotion Management

YOU...

88% of managers, 70% of senior executives, and 61% of employees suffer from chronic stress at work (Centre Inffo / ADP Research Institute). This stress costs French companies between 2 and 3 billion euros annually due to absenteeism, presenteeism, and employee turnover.

Training courses and workshops lay the groundwork.

Individual coaching goes further: it starts with your actual situation, your specific reaction patterns, and your personal goals. Each session is designed around your unique experience.

You are experiencing a period of intense pressure and need tailored support immediately.

You have already participated in a GS&E workshop or training course and wish to delve deeper at your own pace.

You are going through a difficult professional transition (new job, emerging burnout, conflicts)

You wish to develop a solid and sustainable personal practice, with regular support

Why choose this path?

A pragmatic approach that radically transforms your relationship with everyday life.

A precise diagnosis of your sources of stress and your reaction patterns

Breathing and mindfulness techniques adapted to your profile

A personalized practice protocol, adapted to your professional and personal life

A confidential space to work through the most difficult situations

Measurable and sustainable progress over time

Anchor 1
Step 1 — Calm the body through breathing

Breathing is the only function of the autonomic nervous system that we can consciously control. By modulating its rate and depth, we directly affect the vagus nerve—the body's parasympathetic brake—and reduce cortisol and adrenaline levels. "Breathing creates mood changes, not the other way around." — Prof. Kraswnow PhD, Stanford, 2017.

Step 2 — Calming the mind through mindfulness

Once the body is stabilized, focused attention practices reduce the activity of the default mode network (rumination, mental noise) and strengthen the prefrontal cortex—the seat of decision-making and empathy. These practices are cumulative: a few minutes a day are enough to observe measurable effects within a few weeks.
