Workshop - Soft Skills for Entrepreneurs: Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management & Creativity

YOU...

88% of startup founders acknowledge that excessive stress leads to poor decisions. Yet, less than 2% of leaders actively train to manage their mental clarity or emotional agility.

Entrepreneurship amplifies tensions: structural uncertainty, performance pressure, team management, investor relations. These challenges aren't technical—they're emotional. And they can be learned. “47% of our waking hours, our mind is elsewhere—even in important moments.” —Killingsworth & Gilbert, Harvard, 2010

You run a startup or SME and stress is impacting your decisions and your team

Do you want to develop your emotional intelligence to communicate better with investors, clients, and colleagues?

You're looking for a concrete soft skills program — not a motivational seminar

You organize a program for entrepreneurs (incubator, accelerator, business school)

Why choose this path?

A pragmatic approach that radically transforms your relationship with everyday life.

Understanding and mastering your stress response — body and mind

Boost your creativity and innovation through mindfulness

Develop your emotional intelligence: self-awareness, empathy, communication

Build your brand storytelling based on your values and vision

Leave with a personal mental performance protocol, testable the very next day.

Anchor 1
Step 1 — Calm the body through breathing

Breathing is the only function of the autonomic nervous system that we can consciously control. By modulating its rate and depth, we directly affect the vagus nerve—the body's parasympathetic brake—and reduce cortisol and adrenaline levels. "Breathing creates mood changes, not the other way around." — Prof. Kraswnow PhD, Stanford, 2017.

Step 2 — Calming the mind through mindfulness

Once the body is stabilized, focused attention practices reduce the activity of the default mode neural network (rumination, mental noise) and strengthen the prefrontal cortex—the seat of decision-making and empathy. These practices are cumulative: a few minutes a day are enough to observe measurable effects within a few weeks.
