Workshop - Inspiring and motivating your teams through positive values

YOU...

Leadership is not simply about technical skills or strategic vision. The most effective—and most sustainable—leaders are those who understand their own emotional makeup, who can remain calm under pressure, and who inspire trust through their presence.

88% of leaders suffer from chronic stress at work. The pressure of leadership often creates a vicious cycle: more pressure, less clarity, less empathy, more conflict. This workshop breaks this cycle and helps develop more positive and effective leadership.

You sometimes feel reactive rather than deliberate in your leadership decisions

You sometimes find it difficult to maintain your calm and clarity in high-pressure situations.

You want to develop more empathetic communication and more inspiring leadership

You feel that you are sacrificing your well-being to maintain performance — and that this cannot work in the long run

Why choose this path?

A pragmatic approach that radically transforms your relationship with everyday life.

Getting to know you better — your emotional triggers, your values, your leadership blind spots

Developing operational empathy — perceiving your teams' emotions and responding appropriately

Maintain your calm and clarity even in the most difficult situations

Communicate with more presence and less reactivity

Build a sustainable leadership style — effective and respectful of your limits — but also learn to establish psychological safety in your teams, which guarantees collective performance.

Anchor 1
Step 1 — Move out of reactive mode to access your best level of leadership

Under pressure, the amygdala takes over from the prefrontal cortex—the seat of strategic judgment, empathy, and thoughtful communication. This isn't a character flaw; it's a neurological mechanism—the hijacking of access to our higher intelligence by the automatic emotional response.

Training leaders to recognize this mechanism—and to respond to it deliberately rather than automatically—is the first condition for sustainable leadership.

Step 2 — Self-awareness and empathy as levers of leadership

Self-awareness is the skill most strongly correlated with leadership effectiveness (organizational psychology research, Harvard Business Review). Directed attention practices help develop this awareness—and gradually extend it to the perception of one's team's emotions.
