Stress & Emotion Management Training — the complete 8-module course

YOU...

88% of managers, 70% of senior executives, and 61% of employees suffer from chronic stress at work (Centre Inffo / ADP Research Institute). This stress costs French companies between 2 and 3 billion euros annually in absenteeism, presenteeism, and turnover.

A single conference or workshop can raise awareness and lay some groundwork. However, chronic stress requires a deeper reconfiguration over several weeks.

This 8-module program is designed to implement lasting changes—by working successively on the body, mind, thoughts, emotions, relationships, and habits.

You regularly feel overwhelmed and have difficulty unwinding outside of work.

You are experiencing the physical effects of stress: tension, disturbed sleep, chronic fatigue

You lead a team and want to embody a calmer and more clear-headed leadership style.

You want to create a structured wellness and performance program for your organization

Why choose this path?

Step 1 — Calm the body through breathing

Breathing is the only function of the autonomic nervous system that we can consciously control. By modulating its rate and depth, we directly affect the vagus nerve—the body's parasympathetic brake—and reduce cortisol and adrenaline levels. "Breathing creates mood changes, not the other way around." — Prof. Kraswnow PhD, Stanford, 2017.

Step 2 — Calming the mind through mindfulness

Once the body is stabilized, focused attention practices reduce the activity of the default mode neural network (rumination, mental noise, intrusive thoughts) and strengthen the prefrontal cortex—the seat of decision-making. These practices are cumulative: a few minutes a day are enough to observe measurable effects within a few weeks.

The program in 8 modules

Module 2 — Stress and Concentration Meditation | Guided concentration meditation, laser focus, introduction to mindfulness. Practice: observing the flow of thoughts without identifying with them.

Module 3 — Emotions | Body scan, mindfulness of sensations, emotional journal. The head/body/heart circuit. Understanding emotion as information.

Module 6 — Managing Empathy | Gratitude, empathy vs. compassion, compassion fatigue. How to maintain openness without burning out.
