Workshop & Training - Performing Under Pressure for Startup Leaders

YOU...

Leading a startup means operating in a structurally uncertain environment—where strategic decisions must be made quickly, with limited information, under constant financial and relational pressure.

88% of founders acknowledge that excessive stress leads to poor decisions. Pressure doesn't change the decisions themselves—it reduces the clarity and quality of those making them.

You are a founder and you make important decisions under chronic stress

Your team senses your stress, and this affects morale and collective performance.

You feel like you no longer have access to your best level of strategic thinking.

You're looking for concrete, quick, and science-based tools — not general "wellness" advice.

Why choose this path?

A pragmatic approach that radically transforms your relationship with everyday life.

Understanding what happens in your brain under pressure — and why strategic intelligence declines

Maintaining your decision-making clarity during times of crisis or intense uncertainty

Mastering nervous system reset techniques that can be used in 30 seconds

Maintain your ability to empathize with your team, even under pressure.

Build your personal mental performance protocol — tailored to your reality as a founder

Anchor 1
Step 1 — Calm the body through breathing

Breathing is the only function of the autonomic nervous system that we can consciously control. By modulating its rate and depth, we directly affect the vagus nerve—the body's parasympathetic brake—and reduce cortisol and adrenaline levels. "Breathing creates mood changes, not the other way around." — Prof. Kraswnow PhD, Stanford, 2017.

Step 2 — Calming the mind through mindfulness

Once the body is stabilized, focused attention practices reduce the activity of the default mode network (rumination, intrusive thoughts) and strengthen the prefrontal cortex—the seat of decision-making and empathy. These practices are cumulative: a few minutes a day are enough to observe measurable effects within a few weeks.

What the workshop contains

* The paradox of performance: just when you need clarity most, your brain (and stress) takes it away—and how to reverse this mechanism

* The 3 levels of pressure in startups: normal decision-making, chronic stress, amygdala hijack

* Quick tools (less than 60 seconds): physiological sigh, 3 breaths, laser focus

* Dedicated practice (3-5 min): concentration meditation to reset between critical meetings

* Building your personal mental performance protocol—applicable starting tomorrow

Formats:

3-hour or half-day workshop — in-person or online | Target audience: founders, co-founders, C-level executives of startups and scale-ups | Available in French or English
